Tourist tax is not included into the price. It is charged per person per day. Children to 12 years old don't pay tourist tax, 12-18 years old pay 50%. Children to 2 years old have gratis accommodation if they don't use extra bed. Children from 2-12 years old pay 5 EUR per day if they don't use extra bed. For staying 1 day price is 50% higher, for staying 2-3 days price is 30% higher. Bed linen, gas, electricity, water and final cleaning are included into the price. Rent a boat, boat berth, breakfast, Internet, washing machine and other extra services are not included into the price and are payed directly to the owner. For all damages made are payed directly to the owner. Arrival to apartments is after 14.00 and departure till 10.00. Paying with credit card is not possible. Payment is 4 days before departure. Tax is included into the price. Payment in EUR or HRK (at exchange rate on that day). To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay advance which is not returnable in case of canceling reservation. In case of staying less days than you have reservated, all reservated days are charged. House Laura is located 500 m far from the most beautiful beaches on island Losinj (Suncana Uvala and Cikat) and not far from the center of town. House Laura offers: Apartment for 4 persons consisted of: one double bedroom and balcony, living room with two beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and terrace. Apartment for 3 or 4 persons is consisted of: one double bedroom and balcony, living room with 1-2 beds, bathroom with shower, kitchen and terrace. Apartment for 6 persons is consisted of: three double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and large terrace. Apartment for 6+2 persons is consisted of: three double bedrooms (each with balcony), living room with 2-3 beds and large terrace, bathroom with tub, bathroom with shower, kitchen with dining room with terrace and grill. Each apartment (except apartment for 6 persons) has air conditioner (heating/cooling), digital satellite tv, private parking, possibility of breakfast at request, use of Internet and washing machine.
